Triona’s cooperation, commitment, and quality rated highly by customers

In our latest customer survey, which was carried out during late spring 2024 we again received very good reviews from our customers. Nearly all our customers agree with the statement “cooperation with Triona works well”. 

The customer survey was carried out in May 2024. On overall rating, 82% of our customers awarded us 4 or 5 (where 5 is the highest) and the overall customer satisfaction index increased to 87 (max 100), which according to Zondera is very high and well above average compared to similar companies. 

Some of the strengths which our customers highlighted are: 

  • Our knowledge and strong commitment 
  • Working with Triona works well 
  • It is easy to get in contact with us and get hold of the right person 
  • Our products support their business well 

We are especially pleased that the result for our products improved with for example very good reviews for product quality and that we handle any problems in a good way. 

Of course, there were a few areas for improvement, and we will look at how we can work with these going forward. 

These surveys are an important tool for us, and we work with these questions throughout the organization, in our customer assignments, and in our product-related activities. The results show that we are on the right track, that we did and do a good job, but we have also received constructive suggestions for how we can improve and work even better, said Jens Werner, Head of Sales at Triona.
