New Version of TRACS Flow – Release 3.7
In May, we launched TRACS Flow 3.7 – a release packed with important new features for customers in the transport and contracting industries. Among the most notable improvements are a completely new customer and supplier portal, as well as expanded functionality for advanced transport planning within courier and distribution operations.
The new web portal is the first step towards a modern, configurable, and user-friendly platform developed in close collaboration with a reference group consisting of our customers. The result is an interface and functionality designed to meet real everyday needs, with extensive opportunities for customization to suit different businesses.
Within transport planning and execution, several new features have been introduced, including:
- New functionality for efficient parcel handling in consolidated deliveries (multi-drop), using the add-on module route
- Built-in route optimization capabilities, taking the next step in supporting cost-efficient and sustainable transportation
We also continue to further develop previously launched functionality. This release includes, among other things:
- Expanded functionality in the waste management module, where the previously introduced integration with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Naturvårdsverket, NVV) has been complemented with additional relevant functionality to support the entire process
- Improved environmental reporting, enabling full coverage of completed assignments
In connection with this release, we have also introduced:
- Integration between TRACS Flow and C-Load for more efficient handling of transport bookings
- Updates to the integration with BioMetria (VIOL 3)
- Further development of FleetConnect (connected vehicles)
- Improvements to the BEAst Despatch Advice functionality
All of these updates include highly requested improvements and further strengthen TRACS Flow as a platform.
On May 11, we hosted a webinar where we presented Release 3.7. Participation was exceptionally high, with approximately 90% of our customers attending. During the webinar, we also presented our updated roadmap (rolling 12 months) as well as Triona’s plans for long-term investments in TRACS Flow – an initiative that further strengthens TRACS Flow as a long-term and strategic choice for both existing and new customers.
